The customer service from @BandQ is absolutely appalling. We were told we were due a refund weeks ago due to a faulty product and asked to email the invoice. We’ve emailed said invoice numerous times over multiple weeks and still no response. Please do better @bandq_help

The way @BandQ keep giving me thr run around is ridiculous. Their customer service line staff AND their store manager are irritating 🤦🏽‍♀️ I'm TIREDDDDD!! Worst customer service ever no joke.

Someone really needs to start a business that protects consumers from companies like @BandQ when they repeatedly fail to deliver over multiple scheduled days and you end up losing out after cancelling appointments or even taking time off work.

The consumer should either be paid back a refund in full or a compensation for their days wage.
