@dpachov@bchesky@Airbnb It's all garbage. You can't even escalate an issue to someone who has a number and an email address. You can't see the history of your status. You just depend on someone on the other end to maybe get back to you. And still they hand it off to "specialized" departments
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb@bchesky never been so disappointed in Airbnb. Theyve sat on my issue for over a month without any progress and my payout is in the balance. After 6+ years hosting on your platform I really expected better. @AirbnbHelp and @Airbnb have been of no real help either
@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb you are quite literally absolute worst customer support I have ever experienced. A whole month and you can't resolve a simple verification issue. Absolutely disgusted. Almost 100% sure you won't even respond to help
It's better to take a voluntary decision to do something uncomfortable rather than have life make you uncomfortable. Life will kick your a** without your consent, you might as well keep kicking on your own terms.
