ND’s 2027 schedule is already filled with 12 teams. The only realistic team to drop would be Kent State, or an ACC opponent (we play six next year including Stanford and Clemson).

I’d love to play more BXII schools, but we need a heads up.

FURTHER, as this is important for the mouth breathers, usc has 11 games with OOC opponents Nevada and UNLV. TTU would be a great fit for their 3rd OOC game to keep up the charade that they play a tough schedule after backing out of the ND rivalry. Fully expect all 17 usc fans that are happy that the rivalry ended too to take a victory lap.

Breaking news: Atlantic Coast Conference football will be playing on the Atlantic Coast.

The reason cited for cancelling is the global climate, per Pete Nakos. Can’t make this stuff up.
