1) Focus on deep work
A season of heads-down forward attack on my project list meant deprioritizing social.

2) Building teams
Currently building a marketing department & sales department from the ground up (while managing shipping, wholesale & CX).

Wow just caught up on the @ecommercefuel annual predictions EP. So fascinating.

A couple of my thoughts:
1. I agree with @youderian that everything takes longer than we think.
2. I'm using AI already in my day-to-day work (credit @BillDA). Mostly marketing copy so far.
