The main bottleneck (though there are several) is border control where it can take a couple of minutes or more to process each traveller. Faster computer systems & more staff are needed.

@ChuckPfarrer The UK's tranche 1 remains on track to deliver 48 F-35Bs by 2025, 30 taken so far. The original intent was for the UK to take 138 F-35 planes. It is welcome news that other NATO allies are stepping up their weapon programmes.
