@itzchristunique They will either forfeit their balance or return the rest. One thing I ALWAYS do is either personally monitor/inspect the work or get someone trusted to do so. That way nothing funny happens. No wasting paint and no stealing either. Plus, if they ask to buy 10, I buy 8 first.
