This scholarship covers my tuition, accommodation, meals, and stipend. However, I still need financial support for my visa, flight, document processing, and initial settlement so I can begin my studies in Italy.
Help Make My Scholarship Dream Come True 🙏
I'm Adisa Blessing Oluwafikayo, a First-Class Mathematics graduate (CGPA: 4.76/5.0) from UNILORIN.
I'm happy to have been awarded a fully funded Master's scholarship in Mathematics at the University of Calabria, Italy.
I graduated with First-Class Honours (CGPA: 4.76/5.0). I've already paid my enrollment fee using my tutoring savings and loans from friends.
I still need to raise €3,122 (about ₦4.9 million) to complete my journey.
A Nigerian teenager was thrown in prison at 14 years old and his name was changed by the police and prison officials so that his family will never find him.
He was only released 18 years later. Why is this story not trending? Jesus!
Six years ago, Ifeanyi Okereke, a newspaper vendor, was shot dead in Abuja by a security aide attached to Femi Gbajabiamila in Central Business District Abuja. At the time of his death, his wife had just given birth to their child barely two weeks earlier.
A young family was shattered, a father was taken away, and a future was stolen.
Years later, many Nigerians still ask whether justice was ever truly served.
Like countless other cases, this tragedy appears to have been pushed aside, leaving the victim’s family to bear the pain alone while those connected to power continued their careers unhindered.
For many, Femi’s name has been associated with controversy for far too long. The memory of Ifeanyi Okereke should not be forgotten, nor should the cries of a widow and a child who lost a husband and father.
A nation cannot build a just future by burying painful truths and abandoning victims. The culture of impunity, where the powerful move on while ordinary citizens suffer in silence, is the very structure that must be dismantled if Nigeria is to become a country where justice truly matters.
Woke up with a heavy heart today💔 I can’t believe the government just left those children in the hands of terrorist in the bush, and the rain keeps constantly falling and they’re still there 💔 we have failed them, truly
I spent my entire day finding companies abroad that are actively hiring remotely. I found a few companies all hiring remote workers and compiled them into one sheet.

*AN APPEAL FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SAVE THE LIFE OF AASIYAH QOMARDEEN*
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam, Friends, Well-wishers, Philanthropists, Corporate Organizations, and Charitable Foundations,
We humbly seek your support to help save the life of *Aasiyah Qomardeen*, the beloved daughter of *Sheikh Qomardeen Yunus*, who is battling *craniosynostosis, a rare congenital condition* in which the bones of the skull fuse too early, preventing normal brain and skull growth. Without urgent treatment, it can lead to increased pressure on the brain, breathing and vision problems, developmental delays, and other life-threatening complications.
Following extensive medical evaluations, specialists at Manipal Hospitals, Bangalore, India, have accepted Aasiyah's case and recommended urgent treatment by a multidisciplinary team. Her treatment includes comprehensive medical investigations, craniosynostosis corrective surgery, midface distraction surgery with an implant, reconstructive plastic surgery, and intensive post-operative care. She is expected to spend about three weeks in the hospital, followed by two to three months of recovery and follow-up care in India.
The total estimated hospital treatment cost is *USD 29,900* (approximately ₦40,942,070). This estimate covers medical treatment only and excludes airfare, visa fees, accommodation outside the hospital, medications not included in the treatment package, local transportation, and any additional procedures that may become necessary after further evaluation.
The financial burden is far beyond what the family can bear alone. We therefore earnestly appeal to compassionate individuals, Islamic foundations, charitable organizations, corporate bodies, and everyone who believes in giving a child a chance to live to support Aasiyah's treatment.
Every donation, no matter the amount, brings her one step closer to receiving the life-saving care she urgently needs. If you are unable to contribute financially, we kindly request your sincere prayers and ask that you share this appeal with others who may be willing to help.
