Cassidy Hutchinson says if Trump wins the 2024 election, “I don't think we'll be voting under the same Constitution as if Joe Biden were elected in 2024."
She’ right. The 8th circuit today issued a ruling that could decimate the Voting Rights Act completely by stating only the federal government — not private citizens or civil rights groups — is allowed to sue under a key section of the landmark civil rights law.
What this means that if Red States permit voting actions that are discriminatory based on race there will be no protections if the Right has control of the government. No more ACLU or others to sue on their behalf… this ruling will most likely be appealed, but we are reaching a tipping point where these cases are becoming never ending circus’s and they will continue.
States like GA and AZ may no longer be winnable under these conditions unless we take over those states top down.
Every day it seems we are facing a new threat and there is no respite… we must fight every battle head on because each one we lose brings them that much closer to achieving their goal.

@hinsonashley Be specific, what was the exact untrue statement with intent to deceive did Schiff make to the American people? Your answer will add to your credibility.
Hey @IAGovernor - did you know that Iowa's Medicaid program is shorting our nursing home and long term care facilities? Are you aware we are in a full-blown crisis? While you are fighting a fake culture war, Iowans are suffering. #DoSomething
@IAGovernor Why are so many rural nursing homes closing? Why are rural county hospitals struggling? Why is Iowa having trouble finding doctors, teachers, or workers in general? Seems like a trend.
@hotbuttjuice @SquigSoup From what I understand from Iowa Sen. Jesse Greene, homeschooling parents have expressed interest in using this funding to start their own schools.
