@Expedia I am trying to escalate a complaint but despite numerous requests Expedia will not provide me with the details I require. Any suggestions #shockingservice
@BManageria10512 These are just a couple of over 30 messages I have sent via X. Previously I had emailed customer support to try and rebook but with no response, due to this the credits have now expired!!!
@BManageria10512 Hi yes that is correct Expedia did not respond to my multiple requests on how to rebook my flights and due to this lack of response they have now expired so I expect Expedia to provide new credits. Regarding escalation I just need the details of who and where I can escalate

Well that was a waste of time. After asking me to DM them about an ongoing complaint @wickes are not able to help unless I send them all the details of the complaint even when I provided the people in their own organisation that already have it. #poorservice
