@george__mack Just read the room. Simplifying rules like this are meant for the inexperienced. If you don’t yet know how to read a situation, learn. If it’s something that affects your life, work at it. Get more experience and learn instead of hoping a simple rule will work every time.
From a compensation stand-point, zero basis RSUs and bonus programs that ignore SBC are blatantly misaligned w shareholder interests. Sadly, many BODs are paid with the same instruments. We should have never moved away from options. And we should move back ASAP. (More).
