Standing in my own kitchen staring into the fridge.
Half-awake. No idea what I was looking for.
Then it hit me β I was acting exactly like the passengers I drive around all day.
Mindless. On autopilot.
Done with that. #TheHabitsDriver

Why I'm Done Being a Passenger in My Own Life β Launching The Habits Driver

They're a system failure. You drift into them on autopilot β and you don't notice until you're already in the ditch.

Another simple tip to writing consistently:
Write anywhere and everywhere.
β’ A busy bar
β’ Riding in an Uber
β’ Waiting in line for coffee
Turn writing into something you do in any moment.
And not just something you do behind your desk at 8 AM.
Why I'm Done Being a Passenger in My Own Life β launching The Habits Driver newsletter.

I grew up in MSP. I lived in this exact neighborhood 2015-2019. Ward 3, same ward @Jacob_Frey went mental. I left pre-covid. It was turning into a liberal/woke hive. All around Marcy-Holmes shit was already blowing up. Then, Covid happened. I watched from close and afar. The rest is history. @DanGreenMn You're just like a fucking projectionist living some Alice in Wonderland fairy-tale.
