@BBGreatMoments I would put Cincinnati and Cleveland with Baltimore and Washington. Toronto and Detroit with Pittsburgh and Milwaukee. KC with St. Louis and Chicago and Minnesota with Colorado and the Texas teams. Not ideal at all, would be with Minnesota, Milwaukee and Chicago together.
