We’re planning another USA trip this fall!🇺🇸
It’s going to be a road trip with college football as the main focus, but we’re also planning to check out plenty of other sports and unique American events.
The idea for this trip actually came from our visits to a few colleges on the last trip. Everyone told us how crazy it gets on gamedays, so now we want to experience it ourselves.
Now we need your expertise: Which colleges should we visit? What games are interesting? And what other events or activities (also non sporting related) are worth checking out in September/October?
So far we have these on our list:
- Oktoberfest in Helen, GA
- Texas State Fair
- Breeders' Cup in Kentucky
This is the sort of thing that we used to make fun of fans from other conferences for saying.
We should simply try winning national championships again as opposed to making excuses about why we’re still the best when the record clearly shows otherwise.
Losing my mind man.
"Whoever wins the National Championship doesn't define who has the best conference."
"I think the best conference gets defined by how many good teams you have from top to bottom."
Nick Saban weighs in on the Big Ten surpassing the SEC 🤔
Completely unbiased opinion:
This Georgia team was the greatest team that ever played football and the only team that could even stand a chance of beating them was 2011 Alabama OR 2019 LSU
Argue with a wall and if you comment anything refuting this claim, I will hide the reply.
A subdued Lane Kiffin says he gave up social media after being challenged by his son, Knox. (Greg Sankey joked Knox deserves a hug). Kiffin was philosophical about life without social media. He said he's learned a lot about subtracting things from his life, mentions alcohol and toxic relationships.
Florida's Jon Sumrall asked about the challenge of playing a 9-game schedule: "I'm not going to whine & complain about being an SEC head football coach.”
