If there’s one word to sum up the past few months at Verasity, it’s ‘acceleration’ ⏩

We've taken $VRA cross-chain to BNB Smart Chain, listing on @binance Alpha and opening the door to an entirely new and one of the largest market of traders and token holders in Web3.

Our business development efforts have been firing on all cylinders, securing more than a dozen new partnerships and technology integrations across a wide range of usecases and industries. Each is a testament to the rapidly growing market demand for our solutions and further propels Verasity’s footprint across more communities and ecosystems than ever.

On the product front, VeraWallet has shipped one of its most requested features: the Off-Ramp. This new functionality allows our users to seamlessly convert $VRA into FIAT currencies, bridging our ecosystem directly to everyday use.

And over at VeraViews, we’ve been making history. VeraViews launched the UAE’s first homegrown Ad Exchange under the Ministry of Economy’s NextGen FDI program, with THE largest publisher in the country already onboard.

Alongside these, and the plethora of other wins not covered in this post, our tokenomics conclusions is now in the final stretch. The last conditions are falling into place and the release is near. When it arrives, it will connect recent — and soon to come — progress as part of the most significant, strategic path Verasity has ever charted.

Here’s the reality from my point of view as a long time holder of @verasitytech !

The last 3 years in particular have been excruciating as I watched the continuous decline of the $VRA token.

It’s been an emotional rollercoaster 🎢 but I have continued to buy the token as its value declined.

I have staked and held $VRA throughout the continuous collapse in confidence and have endured the relentless FUD of a small but very vocal community of #Verasity haters.

I also haven’t shied away from being critical about the lack of marketing and communication especially since the departure of @block_writer who in my opinion was there best team asset and who appeared to be the lone voice of the company.

It’s been a long arduous journey holding on to this token and keeping the faith that eventually it would come back to life and now it looks like we are about to see the possible fruits of the teams endeavours over the past 3 years.

When the new POV token is launched and we officially announce the release of @verasitytech 2.0 then I am hoping for a new and exciting journey to be part of.

This next phase should be launched with massive hype and passion and excitement by the team in my opinion.

I expect greater transparency around the Tokenomics and I expect massive marketing efforts to really give this project the best possible start.

If they don’t show up for the community and it’s the same story of ambiguous Tokenomics and poor communication then I will be one of the most vocal people in this community calling this project out.

I hope for a really positive outcome in the second half of 2025

Goodnight $VRA fam

I was playing a tennis match all night, and when I finished, I checked my phone — it was flooded with WhatsApp messages and DMs on X and TG.

My first reaction was, 'Oh my God, how did $VRA's value drop by half in just a few hours?'

But I found out what caused this sell-off.

Here's what really happened with $VRA a few hours ago.

1) @okx announced the delisting of several futures contracts, including VRA/USDT and MEMEFI/USDT.

2) The message from OKx contained incorrect dates, stating that all positions must be closed by March 12, when it should have been May 12.

3) Traders panicked and closed their positions immediately. Due to the low liquidity in the futures pairs, the price dropped very quickly.

4) Market-making bots noticed this sharp drop and began acting on it by selling off $VRA to align with the OKx price.

5) Stop-loss orders from other traders were triggered, causing the price to drop even further.

6) People who were unaware and in a panic executed the final sell-off.

7) Not only was $VRA impacted by this, but $MEMEFI was also affected.

Below, you can see both charts, and you'll notice the exact same pattern.

This has nothing to do with the @verasitytech team.

$VRA is legit, here to stay and they are busy building every day.
