Pune - Despite being well into April, several roads across Pune city continued to remain flooded with water on Thursday, exposing the poor state of the city’s drainage system once again. A short spell of heavy rainfall lasting barely 15 minutes was enough to cause severe waterlogging, with knee-deep water accumulating on multiple roads. In the Kondhwa area, the situation turned particularly bad as several four-wheelers got partially submerged in the accumulated rainwater.
