@MSEDCL @MSEDCL have already raised a request for a complaint, the day before yesterday there was no power at koparkhairane from 2 pm to 5 am the next day.
Unresolved
Again today no power since 8 pm yesterday and still counting.
How to escalate?

@MSEDCL the third consecutive day of unannounced powercuts today. Have been repeatedly raising requests but to no avail. No resolution at all. There is no power today since 8pm in the evening, 5 hours of No power in koparkhairane.

@MSEDCL There is No power for the last 11 hours at Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai. Imagine, no electricity in a metro city in this sweltering heat. No current the entire day and the entire night.
And the govt electricity board has no accountability.
There is No resolution at all.

@MSEDCL multiple calls have been made trying to reach out to your customer care but to no avail. Long wait times, unnecessary IVR and no actual customer representative available, this has become a daily affair. Unannounced powercuts for hours at a metro city is unacceptable

@ViCustomerCare i hd contactd ur cust care rep and she hd confirmed that as per the policy for unlimited 5G data on my recharge, the daily quota would exhaust first and then post that unlimited 5G data could be used. I knew this was a scam and a false advertisement. i get Edge?
