BREAKING: "CARNIVAL OF CORRUPTION” — Buttigieg exposes the rigged system crushing working Americans in FIERY Iowa speech.

Pete Buttigieg went to Iowa this weekend and didn't hold back in attacking the state of our country under the administration of Dangerous Donnie Trump.

Speaking as the keynote at the Iowa Democratic Party's "Liberty and Justice Celebration" in Altoona, the former Transportation Secretary laid out, in brutal and specific terms, exactly why Americans feel like the system is rigged against them — because it is.

"Our economy is unfair because our politics is unfair," Buttigieg told the crowd. "You can see it in the carnival of corruption that is Washington, D.C. today."

Then he named names, without naming names. Corporate dark money flooding every campaign. Members of Congress trading stocks on votes that move markets. "The leader of the free world flying around in a second-hand jumbo jet from a foreign country while he makes a billion dollars on crypto deals propped up by foreign leaders." A Supreme Court that ruled a president "could not be held accountable" even for using the government to murder someone. Nine out of ten House races so thoroughly gerrymandered that the outcome is decided before a single vote is cast — in a country that's split nearly 50-50.

"This is not an academic concern," Buttigieg said. "This is why we can't have nice things."

He connected the dots Americans feel every single day: why you pay more at the pump for a war nobody asked for, why the Department of Education is being burned down while kids can't read or do basic math. This is what unchecked corruption looks like in practice — it shows up in your wallet, your kids' classrooms, your gas tank.

Buttigieg didn't just diagnose the problem — he called for real structural fixes: abolishing the Electoral College, restoring legitimacy to a Supreme Court that's lost the public's trust, and a constitutional amendment to kill the dark money unleashed by Citizens United.

He also threw his full weight behind Rob Sand, Iowa's Democratic candidate for governor, calling him a "sworn enemy of waste, fraud and abuse" with the receipts to prove it.

Buttigieg's warning was simple and urgent: something that can't go on forever won't. "It will stop one way or the other, reform or catastrophe. And it better be reform."

Iowa Democrats heard him loud and clear. Let’s hope the rest of Iowa — and the nation — are paying attention too!

I'm going to predict that when the damage assessment is complete, well into the future, Trump's greatest crime will prove to be espionage - AND - it will be the most catastrophic breach of national security in American history.
We will discover he passed secrets to Russia from day 1 because he was compromised; and did favors for the Saudis shortly after, purely for personal profit; and who knows what the hell else.
His many Useful Idiocies will boggle the mind. And his America First gaslight will be remembered as it should be remembered: "Trump Before America, facilitated by idiots who called themselves patriots."
His treachery - most done purely for power and profit, and some from pathology, revenge, and entitlement, will have massively impacted the globe, permanently shifted wealth, and cost many millions of lives.
I have to add that a good deal of it would not have happened but for our legacy media's consistent and widespread normalization of his disorders.

That time when an unarmed Iranian ship was invited to take part in an Indian naval exercise alongside the United States.
