I agree with the first three, but would modify the last paragraph somewhat, as follows:
"And that climate change is real but that any man made contribution is insignificant and that drastic climate policies are a mistake."
Many people insist covid was a natural zoonosis but that climate change is a man-made catastrophe.
Others assert there was no virus causing covid or there is no human influence on climate.
I think Covid was real and man made but lockdowns were a mistake.
And that climate change is real and man made but drastic climate policies are a mistake.
@Electroversenet The more you build the less efficient they become. The ones to windward extract energy meaning there is gradually less and less for those downwind. The drop in efficiency can be quite dramatic and new fields of them can seriously affect the production from existing fields.
@mattwridley Don't forget that satellite measurements of sealevel pickup the effect of thermal expansion of the upper layers of the ocean. Lenses of warmer water floating on the cold oceans. This will have zero impact on coastal sealevels, just like ice on the sea has no impact on the coast.
@latimeralder There is no Climate Crisis, there is however a Clinate Knowledge Crisis.
Too few people, especially within the political and media spheres, know enough about the real science behind clinate changes.
@TomANelson@CeeMacBee Living in Norway and driving an electric car, as there really isn't any other option these days, I would like to correct one thing. EVs work fairly well, even when the temps are well below 0, you just have to recharge them more frequently, which isn't really a problem.
Professor William Happer explains ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW....about CO2 and Climate Change.
I promise you as an engineer and logistician.
I promise you - this is ALL you need to know:
@ejwwest@KathrynPorter26@Telegraph@Ed_Miliband I agree, many politicians, infact virtually all of them, have pushed this pointless agenda for almost 4 decades. Now it's time to stop.
Ed.M is just the most fanatical of them all and is currently in a position where he could stop this madness.
@ejwwest@KathrynPorter26@Telegraph@Ed_Miliband We need to adapt to climate changes, whether they are warming or cooling, rather than try to stop them.
What is your ideal CO2 concentration and ideal global temperature? Be specific and explain why.
