@joshrosso @CenturyLink I've been living with exactly the same problem for 15 years. @CenturyLink has shown no interest in making things better. I will say that 10/.7 works fine for video calls when I actually get it. But mostly backhaul to my community is saturated and I get 3/.1 or less
