Final stop of North Island at Hoddy Co. Stood in the middle of “4D, 3D & 2D” and saw the “texture” described in other blocks. Also saw the grafting that only a personal trip and visit to the graft can describe. #iftaNZ

Waimea Nursery - last week cyclone and much rain on visit for group 1. This week perfect weather. Produce 1.1 million trees per year from apples to olives.
IFTA members never get too much on machinery. Vailima has 9 Zucal machines. Never uses ladders during pruning and thinning. Harvests slender spindle but not V with machines. #iftaNZ
