@bennyjohnson It's okay to say the party has changed, but it's not "over" in the sense that it has no power. It's evolving into something ever worse than what it was before and it still wields political power that is going to be significantly more damaging to America. Scary where it's going.
@robbystarbuck This is now a trend, it's not a 1-off (or 2-off). NYC, Seattle, next is likely LA. I don't understand where the energy to elect these people is coming from, but it's not good. They go beyond the worst of what dems do, and the impacts to America will be terrible if it continues.
@mitchellvii The left only cares about green so far as it gives them a mechanism to gain control (as w/every other issue they claim to care about). So when someone with influence goes against their control efforts, they turn on him & couldn't care less about his contributions to the planet.
@RoKhanna@BernieSanders If you take it they won’t create it and everyone will be poor. Also, dems, when you take it you don’t spend it on what you say you will. You either waste it or pay yourselves and your buddies. So F off.
@robbystarbuck Peoples' human nature falls into two categories: 1) I'm going to take responsibility and get it done, and 2) I deserve it and someone should do it for me. Those who have envy and hate, or say "Elon should do this...", fall into the second category (as do most dems and libs).
@Khaledhzakariah Don't know the outcome but agree the challenges are severe. Similar here in the US, although Britain is farther down the dark path than us with its immigration problem and overt censorship. The problem is that huge changes are needed by the voters, and I don't see them doing it.
@MatthewJDalby Crimes by illegal or unvetted migrants generate more anger because they are easily preventable with rational policy implementation. Everybody hates preventable tragedy. Especially when it's occurring because of one party's desire to gain more power over all of us.
@Acyn "We can completely eliminate the judiciary as an obstacle to our total domination if we just increase the number of justices to represent the gerrymandered districting we've put in place over decades to deprive 1/2 the population of representation."
@KingBobIIV People need to open their eyes. It's not bizarre and weird. It's an intentional strategy by the left to, ultimately, obtain votes and stay in power while controlling dissenters through social shaming. It's evil and subversive and you shouldn't fall for it (or vote for it).
@HistoryBoomer Yep. As a refinement I suggest a privately run institution that contracts with the government on a program that incentives them financially based on some kind of quality of life index for the patients. Otherwise in a pure govt run facility they would likely face neglect or abuse.
@michaeljknowles Have to wonder how long they are going to hang on to "science-based gender affirming care". I'd tell them it's time to move on, but I'm afraid of what they will move on to.
@JohnCleese Gee, I wonder. It is the Left. Always is. In Britain, in America, and in every western country. I can't believe how many people don't recognize the left's long-term strategies and the bullshit they purvey every day in order to accomplish their goal of taking over civilization.
@AdnanHussainMP What an effin' copout. "Oh, they're both so extreme." Like, how did that happen? Yeah, the politicians are the ones that brought in the unvetted, un-assimilating, behead-happy migrants, do nothing when people say they are unhappy, then act like they had no agency in it.
@TheBritLad Actually, your country is run by people who purposely create conditions to maintain their power then silence the speech of those who suffer from those conditions. They have no intention of "solving the problem". It's working the way they intended.
@ZackPolanski Uh, your politicians (and those that vote for them) are tearing apart your country by creating conditions where people see their lives destroyed & have few choices how to handle it. Blaming Musk for calling it out & saying "it's bad" is at best avoidance & at worst misdirection.
@conservmillen It's muscle memory at this point. The whole political/media system is programmed to use situations like this to create conflict. It's pretty much automatic, regardless of the particulars of a specific case.
