Yes fasting promotes good health! From sustainable weight loss, to low blood pressure, to excellent energetic balances, to etc. But fasting is, as well, profoundly spiritual. With well over 100 biblical passages, fasting is a powerful discipline.

@mikealfred I enjoy food. I love food. I probably can out eat anyone here. But ironically “fasting has become a big part of my life; and with all the benefits that follow (sustainable weight loss, low blood pressure, incredible energetic balance etc.).

@LayahHeilpern Bitcoin is acting quite well here. Quite quite well. Bitcoin is about to prove that it was never about interest rates, among other monetary things. It was about making the whole monetary system better.

I’ll subscribe! But I just want say one thing (FIRST!) about the MKT. And, to that: We need a surprise. A positive surprise. Maybe the Fed. Possibly from Zuckerberg after the close. But this will only be enough for a short term flip. All eyes remain on Iran (my central and BIBLICAL theme!).

I disagree! Your points are right. The macro picture! The geopolitics. But you’re wrong on “everyone is still delusionally bullish.” That’s not true. Many Bitcoin bulls have turned the other way. They’re bearish! The mood isnt predominantly delusional (bullish), it’s predominantly bearish. @mikealfred

The Bitcoin MOMENT is now! The price discovery will moonshot beyond the moon. This is the most likely outcome. Not interest rates. Nor a liquidity drain. Nor a world in geopolitical chaos. Nor anything else (shy of the End of the World, of course, but that comes after)! Nothing will stop Bitcoin from showcasing the unique asset that is! Indestructible money. @mikealfred
