@CARiD_com @CARiD_com, I provided my order number two days ago. However, I FINALLY spoke with some in customer service that was transparent and truthful about the situation. My order number is 40707298. Placed order on April 7th.

@CARiD_com customer service is horrible! An order I made almost three months ago is still not ready and they don’t care enough to even keep the customer up to date. I want a refund!!!!

@CARiD_com @CARiD_com. Over 24 hours and I have not heard from anyone concerning a resolution, an update, or anything. I’ve spent over 9k with CARiD. I’d expect better customer service than this. CARiD has lost a customer for good. Any future wheel purchases will be from @audiocityusa .

@CARiD_com My order number is 40707298. Placed order on April 7th. Told ETA would be 6/3. On 6/4, after calling was told ETA would be 6/28. Told today, AGAIN, after calling because no one contacted me, product is still at manufacturer. I’m positive 6/28 will be another missed deadline.
