At the time the Board extended his contract in 17, we were coming off 8th & a final loss to Adelaide by 62 pts. We were sitting around 16th at the time of the extension. It was unnecessarily premature & fundamentally the wrong call.

@jordanvolkers We’ll never be one of the “big clubs” but we certainty shouldn’t be where we are. The notion that they wouldn’t want to add a few passionate, highlt capable people to help them get there makes no sense. They have been to insular, selective & closed for too long IMO

The board # needs to be increased to a min 10 & new strategy for 2020 & beyond needs to be clearly articulated to members so they can be held accountable for delivery

My issue is zero “independence” with announced review. Peter Nash is close & long time friend/associate of Carl Dilena. Glenn Archer legend & Paul Dwyer, exisiting BM.
