I’d like to show support towards men during June for mental health.

I think that you guys have a lot of pressure on you. That it’s almost unbearable and you get a lot of flack because you can’t handle too much emotional stuff on top of all of the physical things that you have to provide. Because you do these things you often neglect your own mental health and that’s the part that I’d like you to do better with.

You are very important in the world~all of your intelligence, strength, curiosity m, protection, love and all the special things that you bring are so needed and important.

We need you to be strong because we love you and we want you to be healthy.
