@literarilyjess I achieved this state of utter nirvana just once in my life. I had every single piece of clothing I owned washed, dried and put away neatly. All it took was wearing nought but a towel for an entire Saturday. Totally worth it.
@scottygb Credit where credit is due, this is all down to a stunning idea that my former colleague @BenPatterson1 had when we were both working for Sky Movies (now Sky Cinema).
@chopperfireball@FTStweets Just popping back onto Twitter to let you know that I watched Dreamcatcher last night for he first time since the cinema and… wow.
@HelenLOHara@ChrisHewitt@KevinLehane Movie quiz while on holiday. Soundtrack round. They played the Raiders March. I wrote ‘Raiders Of The Lost Ark’. Quizmaster walking between the tables shook his head at me and mouthed ‘No, it’s Indiana Jones’. I refused to change it despite knowing I’d get no points.
This is on tonight. I was fully clothed when we shot it but did most of the editing in my underwear (ah, the joys of working from home). Please don’t let either of those things dissuade you from watching. Cheers.
@LRoundels@SteveClampITV I watched it again only a few weeks ago. It’s just so weird. So much of the standard connective material you’d expect, especially in the early part of the film, simply isn’t there.
@SteveClampITV@LRoundels I went to see it opening night straight after work. Dashed to the cinema, still in my Sainsbury’s uniform, arrived a couple of minutes late, asked if there were any seats left, got a sly smile in return, walked into the auditorium… empty. Literally no one in there but me.
