I like Dr Who (nostalgically mostly), The Avengers (TV), random Cult TV nonsense, interested in TV & Film production, Not too serious usually, AI usage often

@SpaceyBox Emergency Judy Cornwell Activated!!🫂
'The new Avenger'. Linda Thorson profiled in The Stage and Television Today (26th October 1967)
@trevorbaxendale Not taking 7 years to make a film would help!
Truth!!😂
@HauntedAI Funny thing about AI is that it can do amazingly realistic video, but still not make a door knob, or have doors open at their hinges. 🤣
Who to follow
Clayton Hickman
@claytonhickman
Colourisation artist (DMs open for commissions), designer, ex-DWM editor, wrote for SJA on TV, did most Dr Who DVD covers, very judgmental of TARDISes

RIP Walter Koenig❤️
@hellothisisivan Yvonne says you're so switched on, tuned in and smashing!
@NathanMkII Quiet as a Nun is the best Jemima Shore Mystery (not on this set) - but that's an Armchair Thriller serial.
This is Peter Cook & Dudley Moore with Superthunderstingcar from Not Only But Also
@Dene71 Phone box and bench are still there.
The post office seen through the phone box door is still there (used in Ace of Wands episode)
@XFilesAesthetic Episodes I've revisited most are:
Humbug
Paper Clip
War of the Coprophages
@spankybackpack I've never hated cyclists more than when I was one😎
@BunnyGalore Series D Producer Vere Lorrimer had hope for a sung version to close the episodes in his series - with Steven Pacey singing.
For whatever reason it didn't happen. But it might explain why that series has a jazzed up closing theme.
🎶Distant Star🎶
Performed by the cast of Blake's 7
Music by Dudley Simpson & Lyrics by Vere Lorrimer 😁

@ComfortableBlue @OldRoberts953 @doctorwho1980s Nicola Bryant asked to be killed off.
But then Saward added all the stuff about the Matrix lying for reasons he doubtless hoped Holmes would fix.
Holmes died. Saward walked.
Colin asked "What happened to Peri?"
JNT replied "She married Yrcanos"
@doctorwho1980s I was glad it was over mainly.
Favourite part is the TARDIS turning up for the Doctor.
Philip Martin wasn't a good fit for Doctor Who!
@trevorbaxendale Mature operative doesn't chime with the names of those supposedly auditioning - is it all a big ruse?
@OldRoberts953 @fin_lay24 Roger Rees is one of those defector actors - they start in England and then at some point they become the English Actor in an American thing forever more.
@Dene71 His floppy hair for his unveiling didn't do him any favours - they should have styled him!
