@tomcivitello @WyldViolet Might be too late, but when we took the pacifiers we traded them for a stuffy that they got to pick out in advance. Made a big show of a 5 night countdown of when they could trade it in for the stuffy. There were still bumps but not nearly as bad as I was expecting.
@WyldViolet Is he actually tired?
1) does he get a nap that needs to be reduced/eliminated?
2) is he getting enough physical activity during the day (I know hard in apt and winter)
3) does bed time need to change? Less fight 30-60 mins later?
Let's talk a bit about collectable items, community and ultimately what it means for NFTs.
I apologize in advance, this is a winding road, and the cold medication is kicking in.

@kingoftowns @Mat__Savage They weren’t concerned about “a” junior. They were concerned about all the other juniors possibly finding out what you were being paid and either demanding raises or leaving.
@BenKuchera “Only a Sith deals in absolutes.” Is a terrible contradictory line until you realize that Obi Wan doesn’t see the contradiction. Also “bringing balance to the force” means defeating the Sith. How is having one side defeated “balanced”?
It’s time! I’m taking on 2 more folks to coach for free in their Eng job search. If you are a URM w/2-5 years experience & need help navigating a current search this could be you!
If interested please DM me & share a bit about yourself & why we should work together.
US only.
Gonna temper this a bit with “assuming you have available adequate resources to allow for foresight or preparation”
Part 1 is definitely directed at senior leadership. This part is for all those heroes out there who have had to provide heroics despite their cries to improve.
Heroics should be acknowledged but never celebrated. Barring extreme circumstances, the presence of heroics implies a lack of foresight, preparation or both.
