@TalosSecurity I've the same problem. There's no way to flag a false positive in Phishtank or request a review once a problem has been fixed. This is the entry:

@PhishingArmy@The_Pi_Hole I run a company (it's just me mostly) building and selling guitar pedals in the UK. Why is my website on your block list, and can it please be removed?

@AndreaDraghetti Hi Drego, you mistakenly added my website https://t.co/9jo1ZWyk2Z to the phishing blocklist, now @virginmedia one of the UK's biggest ISPs has imported that list and blocked my site. Please remove my site from your list.
Hi @virginmedia why has my website been blocked?

If I didn't have Virgin broadband account I might never have found out.
Please unblock it immediately!
@SimonCalder No. I asked BA for a confirmation of this before travelling, and not only would they not confirm this is actual policy (it's not on their website) they said there was a chance I'd be denied boarding on the return flight to the UK. From Germany.
People who want imperial measurements back. Young people stayed indoors for two years to keep you alive, donโt punish them with this shit thatโs not relevant to anyone under 60 (you already have Brexit)
@shit_rock Probably the best gaming option for younger kids. Our youngest has been playing ACNH since five, also Kirby and a bit of Splatoon 2. She also likes playing on Nintendo 2DS as a mobile option.
Endured the bloodless reworking of #MidwichCuckoos and it has the emotional depth and appearance of a building society advert. Full of contrivances, plot holes and characters so lifeless they could have been written by aliens.
