Hey Twitter friends - I was honoured to be interviewed for this podcast recently and happy it forced me to reflect on my career and the role of art and culture in catalyzing change. https://t.co/gvAjehnJPH

There are so many people to thank for their support of me and Artscape over the years. Once we are allowed to gather again, I look forward to celebrating with the Artscape community all of the things we have been able to achieve together.

I am very happy to announce that I will be stepping down as Artscape’s CEO.

I feel tremendously honoured to have served in this role for the last 22 years. It has been very rewarding to have been part of Artscape’s growth and expanding impact.

[Tim Jones @timjones0001]

While I will always be an Artscaper at heart, I am excited about the prospect of reinventing myself in the next chapter of my career. I will continue in my role until early 2021, as Artscape transitions to new leadership.

I'm excited to be getting ready to announce a group of outstanding volunteers and staff alumni, who we are inducting into @Artscape’s Wall of Fame tonight at our first Alumni Network event! So pleased to be honouring this amazing group of Extraordinary Leaders and Unsung Heroes!

Last week, I had the pleasure of sharing thoughts around #creativeplacemaking at #MakePlaceforCulture, hosted by @cityofSydney. Working with cultural planners & leaders, it’s possible to make meaningful change in ways we develop cities as more inclusive & vibrant places to live.

[Tim Jones @timjones0001]

So pleased to have been able to share @Artscape’s work in #creativeplacemaking with city leaders and strategists at the @cityofSydney 2050 summit!
