@NateSmoyer @ihat @Opendoor would they consider building a Single Family Rental REIT subsidiary? OD currently sells ~10% of homes to investors. Why not keep those? They could build a $TCN sized REIT within 5-10 years. They have the scale, pricing, and operational capacity to do it, too.

My friend @jamesmurtagh and his cousins made a movie this year. Like, a ‘capital F Film’, movie.

I saw it last night. It’s creative and funny and weird in all the right ways. I really liked it - I hope more people get the chance to see it.
