@tomfgoodwin Staying the obvious but it’s a symptom of shareholder before brand/customer. Short termism and cost cutting. So many companies now see brand as a superficial layer/ sleight of hand rather than an intrinsic part of everything they do.

@tomfgoodwin This is 100% a problem that needs to be solved. Have been thinking a lot about it recently as have regular poor experiences with Bank, ISP, Airline etc. I’d say it’s easily solvable with decent minimum wage and some commitment from companies to train / educate.
