Hi, need help on MySJ ID. My parents just came back from overseas, my mom’s vaccination record disappeared when she landed in M’sia. My dad’s new MySJ is still not verified. They can’t go anywhere with no MySJ. I msg MySJ but no one replied. @my_sejahtera @Khairykj

Hi, my parents are returning from the UK. They are fully vaccinated and need their MySejahtera records to be updated in order to enter any premises in Malaysia.

Can anyone help me? I have messaged MySejahtera for help but to no avail no one replies me.

@clkh03 @my_sejahtera For CANCELLED AZ 1ST APPT n app is stuck. If u haven’t past your appt date, strongly suggest to go to your AZ PPV (on day of ur appt) n ask them to cancel your appt.

Issue : 1st dose appointment stuck at "Decided not to take vaccine" or other issues and has stuck for over 30 days.

Solution : Please call up the hotline (Keep trying to call) and tell them to reset your appointment and wait for 48 hours.
