Genuinely interested to hear why people who avoid profanity think the abbreviated swear words don't count. When you say TF, STFU, MF, GD or GTFO - you still mean (and I still hear) the 'bad' words. So why not just say them?

Not for nothing, I was able to contact, report and resolve the same issue with @AskNationwide WHILE ON HOLD WITH YOU. I've been with HSBC for 26 years - not sure for how much longer after today.
