@POKE_M0M @ilovemydogs1972 @iAmTheWarax Whether your Post-9/11 benefits expire depends on your ETS date. Anyone who last ETSed before 1/1/2013 has 15 years to use Post-9/11, anyone afterwards had forever. And there’s 10 years for anyone to use MGIB.
@smmarotta@steve_vladeck @crgreen24601 Fair, but the momentum being what it would be at that point, will the transferee circuit’s motions panel be as motivated to revisit and lift an injunction, as CA5 would have been to order one when it still had power to do so? Of course, petitions could also stay with CA5 …
@smmarotta@steve_vladeck @crgreen24601 Perhaps they’re banking on issuing an injunction order before the lottery and, if the petitions are transferred to another circuit, the next panel won’t lift the injunction.
@NYJetsluver @johnismay@GregKahn I agree, please @johnismay and @gregkahn make that simple correction. I served with Fredsti in 2/504 PIR. He was a great person and NCO, loved by everyone. You can read about him here: https://t.co/cHx3O7M824
@StorytellerSBM@NickOchsnerWBTV@CNN @PoppyHarlowCNN I hope you and @NickOchsnerWBTV find some small comfort in knowing that the men of B/2/504 PIR who served with Jimbo on his final deployment follow and appreciate Nick’s efforts.
@tcburkejr Have you considered requesting free discharge upgrade help from NVLSP? Worked with them on many cases. They’re great. https://t.co/LFUGBm0KzK
