The GFA/Belfast Agreement, sealed 25 years, ago changed this place. It changed it so that my daughter born in that year had a better chance than me, born in 1972. There’s more to do! Sadly this past weeks we’ve witnessed violence and threat of violence that a new generation of children must not be subject to. Let’s be persuasive in our politics not abrasive. (Speaking this week at a conference in Brussels celebrating the 25th anniversary)

🗓In May of 2021, the Ulster Unionist Party warned the future supply of medicines to Northern Ireland was under threat because of the Protocol.
❌Today, pharmaceutical companies are still having major issues in supplying vital medicines to patients in Northern Ireland.
Our party unlike other so called Unionist Parties doesn’t have its finger prints all over the protocol. Fact UUP were opposed to protocol from the start so suggest you get your facts correct!
