So because of the @AerLingus cancelled flights due to strike, @AerLingus have doubled or tripled fares on the remaining flights - unbelievable. It’s possible they’ll make more money during strike. Less flights, wages, fuel, landing fees and higher fares @RedFMNews@TodayFMNews
@EnochBurke He got back into his car because he was physically and verbally abused by both of you. You should be locked up too. You claim that the judge appointment was wrong (and maybe it was), but your actions are also wrong. Will you also account for your actions. Of course you won’t !!!!
@AerLingus Is 3 weeks to respond to an email normal? Can’t access my account, can’t see existing bookings, can’t make new booking in my account. Phoned “Customer care” and they should be renamed “customer don’t-care”. How long does it take to reply to an urgent case.

They are obliged to report this to @DPCIreland but nothing on any media about this. My details have definitely been compromised in some way.
@AerLingus you’ve asking me for details of the issue and the case number twice and still you haven’t replied. What’s the point in asking for the info when you don’t reply anyway.

I strongly suspect that the aer Lingus database has been hacked / compromised.
I would advise not to give any credit card or other personal details until aer Lingus confirm that they have resolved the issue.

@AerLingus Sent case number and still no response. What’s the point in asking for case number if you’re not going to do anything with it. Makes it even more frustrating.
@AerLingus seem to have lost the plot altogether. This poor service has been going on for 18 months or longer and they just don’t seem to care. There customer relationship manager is asleep at the wheel. Unbelievable.

@katrionaos@AerLingus Yeah, @AerLingus customer service has gone to the dogs in the past 18 months. They are still citing covid. And they don’t listen to their customers. They just don’t care anymore. Probably a byproduct of being owned by @IAGAeroGroup.
@AerLingus You have lost my account from your system or else your database has been hacked, and despite multiple emails and phone call, no one has responded. I have a flight this week and no one will respond!!!
