Hi @CrossCountryUK I was on the 18:03 from New Street tonight. I wish I was imaginative as the train manager when using the tannoy. She’s brilliant everyone was smiling and talking about her. Brilliant considering the train’s packed. Well done she deserves some real credit 😂
