@NorthFaceHiker I seem to remember an episode of the Insider podcast where you guys discussed the Wow "corrupted blood" as a study on pandemics, but I can't find it now. Can you point me to it?
@richardgunther That effect might be where the monopoly status is coming from. Also the stories like the one from WordPress about strong arming background deals to force compliance aren't good from a PR prospective.
@richardgunther Just wondering if you got a chance to check out https://t.co/FsgDoJQLrp to read about the coalition of app makers and the case they are presenting against Apple. Even if I didn't agree with it all, it was an interesting read
@richardgunther I tend to agree with a portion of the assessments that you've made on the subject. While Apple doesn't have a monopoly in terms of market share numbers, I do think their presence in the industry makes them the "Jones" that everyone is trying to keep up with.

@richardgunther I'm a long time Entertainment 2.0 listener that is starting out in home automation with a new house. Is there a new user episode of Home: On for help selecting a local controlled platform? I'm currently looking at Hubitat, Home assistant and Univetsal devices\ISY
@joshpollard@richardgunther Hope you guys enjoy the CES madness. Hopefully, you get a chance to talk to @HDHomeRun_US for an update on the HDHomeRun Prime 6 release date
