The seven members of Team ZA won at NASA space engineering competition and beat the world at a high-level international competition on their first attempt.

Team ZA was placed at the company Rockdonnell, alongside teams from the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, China, and two regions of the United States

This year’s brief, set in 2086, asked the companies to design a crewed vessel capable of carrying 3,000 residents and cargo continuously between settlements across the inner Solar System.

Rockdonnell‘s proposal, named Hermes, used a rotating structure to generate three separate levels of artificial gravity.

It also featured nuclear thermal and ion propulsion, and a magnetic shield to protect residents from solar radiation.

Pardon the long video, you need to hear the whole engagement. I am more angry than I was yesterday. 😤😡 Commissioner Khumalo took Andrea Johnson through Brigadier Mokwele's QUALIFICATIONS which she had not seen up till now!!!

Khumalo: What suitable qualifications do you say Ms. Mokwele did not have when she was appointed to this position?

Johnson: I don't know her qualifications.

There was a 4 minute pause with her trying to find the documents and look at them.

Having seen the qualifications....

Khumalo: Why make a statement under oath to this Commission that she did not have qualifications?

She has withdrawn and apologized, but Brigadier Mokwele MUST SUE HER and she MUST BE FIRED!! What a shame! 😭
