i) Minimum Integrated Household Agricultural Package, MIHAP, which focuses on small-scale irrigated agriculture, with particular emphasis on integrated organic farming;
ii) Small and Medium Commercial Farmers Strategy, SMCFS, that targets farmers who produce a wide range of commodities for the market; and,
iii) Comprehensive Small and Productive Farm Plot, SPFP, which addresses the larger segment of farmers who depend on rain-fed agriculture.

ሚኒስትሪ ጉዳያት ወጻኢ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ትማሊ 9 ጥቅምቲ 2026 ናብ ባይቶ ጸጥታ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኣብ ዝሰደዶ መልእኽቲ፡ ነቲ ንሰለስተ ዓመታት ነጋሪት ዝደሰቐሉ ወራር ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራ ብወግዒ ንምጅማር፡ “ስጒምቲ ይወስድ ከምዘሎ” ኣፍሊጡ።

"ነፍሰ-ምክልኻል" ብዝብል ምስምስ ኣብ ልዕሊ ሓንቲ ልኡላዊት ኣባል ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ከካይዶ ወጢኑ ዘሎ ኲናት��� ትሕዝቶ-ኣልቦ መታለሊ ፈተነን ጸርፊ ንኣስተውዕሎ ኣህጉራዊ ማሕበረሰብን እዩ።

ከምዝዝከር፡ ኤርትራ - ንልኡላውነታን ግዝኣታዊ ሓድነታን ብምጥሓስ፡ “ብሓይሊ ኣፍደገ ባሕሪ ንምውናን” ዘንቀደ ዘይምኽኑይ ኣጀንዳ ኲናት ኢትዮጵያ፡ ንኣህጉራዊ ማሕበረሰብ ብተደጋጋሚ ክ���ፍልጥ ጸኒሓ’ያ።
እዚ “ጠሓርኩኹም” ዝሕመረቱ፡ ንመሰረታዊ መትከላትን ዓንድታትን ቻርተር ሕቡራት ሃገራት ዝጥሕስን ንዘይገሃስ ልኡላውነት ኤርትራ ዘናሹን ዝኽሕድን ኣሰልካዪን ዘይሕጋውን ታህዲድ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ናይ ኣደባባይ ምስጢር’ዩ።

ኢትዮጵያ ክተካይዶ ዝጸንሐት ንዞባዊ ርግኣት ኣብ ሓደጋ ዘውድቕ ተዂታዂ ተግባራት ኲናት፡ ዋና ጸሓፊ ሕቡራት ሃገራትን ሓያሎ ኣባላት ውድብ ሕቡራት ሃገራትን፡ ኣብ ዝሓለፈ ዓመት ወርሒ ታሕሳስ፡ ብምኽንያት ዝኽሪ መበል 25 ዓመታት ስምምዕ ኣልጀርስ፡ ልኡላውነትን ግዝኣታዊ ሓድነትን ኤርትራ ክኽበር ከምዘለዎ ዘነጽር ዝተወሃሃደ መግለጺ ከውጽኡ ደሪኹ’ዩ።

እንተዀነ፡ ኢትዮጵያ ነዚ መጠንቀ���ታ’ዚ ዕሽሽ ኢላቶ ጥራይ ዘይኰነት፡ ከም ኣካል ናይ’ቲ ኣብ ሰሜናዊ ክፋል ግዝኣታ ዝጀመረቶ ሰፊሕ መጥቃዕቲ፡ ነቲ ንነዊሕ እዋን ዝወጠነቶን ዝተዳለወትሉን ��ራር ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራ ክተተግብር’ያ ኣንቂዳ ዘላ።

ምኽትል ሓለቓ ጠቕላሊ ስታፍ ኢትዮጵያ ጀነራል ኣበባው ታደሰ፡ ብ27 መስከረም 2026 (ዝሓለፈ ወርሒ)፡ “ናይ መወዳእታ መዓርፎና ዓሰብ’ያ። መቐለ መሰጋገሪት ጥራይ’ያ።” ክብል፡ ነቲ ንኤርትራ ናይ ምውራር ውዱእ ውጥን ደርጒሕዎ’ዩ።

ኣብ ከም’ዚ ዝኣመሰለ ኩነታት፡ ኤርትራ፡ ባይቶ ጸጥታ ሕቡራት ሃገራት፡ ነቲ ኣብ ኣህዛብ ክልቲኡ ሃገራት ከቢድ ዕንወት ዘስዕብን ንዞባዊ ርግኣት ዝዘርግን ኣዋጅ ኲናት ኢትዮጵያ ኣንጻር ኤርትራ ኣጥቢቑ ብምውጋዝ፡ ብመሰረት ምዕራፍ 7 ቻርተር ሕቡራት ሃገራት ገታኢ ስጒምቲታት ክወስድ ትሓትት።
