Kenya Signs the IGAD Transhumance Protocol.

H.E. Dr.@MusaliaMudavadi, Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Government of Kenya, signed the IGAD Transhumance Protocol on behalf of the Government of Kenya. The signing was witnessed by an IGAD Secretariat delegation led by Dr. @FatumaIAdan, IGAD Head of Mission in Kenya, on behalf of the Executive Secretary, accompanied by @DerejeWaq, Director of @ICPALD.

The Republic of Kenya is the sixth #IGAD Member State to sign the protocol, following the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the Republic of Djibouti.
