Ever wondered whether atherosclerotic mice are a good model for human atherosclerosis? Check out our latest paper: Cross-species single-cell RNA sequencing in human carotid and experimental murine atherosclerosis https://t.co/7rttBMsf0w
@sikeslab@SFRR_Europe It would be a pleasure for us to try this out again during the next SFRR-E meeting! Thanks for your insights and valuable support @mann_ivel@SFRR_Europe
@TimoMarchini@SFRR_Europe@Riemerlab@sikeslab This strategy was extremely effective and thank you to our SFRR-Europe ECR Committee! I propose we run a similar sunrise session at 22nd SFRR-International Biennial meeting hosted by SFRR-E in Galway, Ireland 3-6 June 2025 (https://t.co/OZiwVsVv1A)
Trying out alternative panel discussion dynamics with experts in the redox field during the Annual Meeting of the @SFRR_Europe in Istanbul! Enriching debates engaged the audience to share their concerns, who in turn received valuable take-home advice.
Thrilled to know that our experts have also enjoy the activity and will replicate our model in other scientific events! Thanks for you valuable contributions, was great to have you @sikeslab@SFRR_Europe
This was a successful model for an event that I will bring back to the US professional societies I'm engaged with. It was called a "fishbowl" discussion where there were a circle of seasoned researchers and an open chair where any participant could sit and ask their questions.
Excelente disertación online de @TimoMarchini sobre los diferentes mecanismos patológicos de la exposición a contaminación del aire y su impacto heterogéneo según la región 👏
