@webafrica Do you guys not have a ticket logging portal anymore for handling tickets? I tried submitting a ticket via email and had to do everything through Whatsapp when I included screenshots and everything in the mail

@webafrica Been having intermittent connectivity on my line via ethernet. Spoke to some agents on live chat earlier but apparently there's no one available to take my chat at the moment and I can't leave a ticket to get a fault logged to the fibre provider, @OpenserveZA. Help pls

@webafrica Thanks for getting back to me. My fault was logged to Openserve this morning after already doing all the TS and I just got a technician out however he didn't pick up anything on the line but he changed the port on my ONT and advised I monitor it from there ref #918012 and #917507

@webafrica Hey yeah, I reconfigured the router with my PPPoE details and the issues still persisted in the athlone area. A lot of neighbours are saying the same thing so not sure what the problem is. Works quite fine from the ONT tho so idk what the issue is with everyone's routers suddenly

@webafrica Having some issues with content delivery and frequent connection drops on my Openserve line. Anything going on?

@webafrica @WebAfricaHelper Issues don't seem to persist via a direct connection to my Nokia CPE with my WebAfrica PPPoE details but can't confirm if connection drops are also still happening as pings and traces don't indicate an issue via router or CPE

@BlizzardCSEU_EN Dudes. Please. Servers are in the crapper right now for HotS. Had 1000ms along with the rest of my team, 3 of the team kept getting disconnected, the other two just had the delay. We could barely play at all.
