@_benjvmins_ as someone who does this myself, it’s actually just very comfortable and natural, especially when walking with a cane. i hate having my other hand out in front or at my side when i walk with a cane, so at the back feels the most natural. that might be part of it!

@namw677 i've managed to get my daily screen time down to an average of like. 1-2hrs? and tbh the best answer is use an app like appblock, set your phone down somewhere far away from you and put it on silent/vibrate, and get really locked into hobbies. video games, art, wtv
