@pokeplug__@DrizzintahL The heat system opens up way more as you progress the cradle and get better augments. A staple of extraction shooters. You start weak and become strong.
Again, you haven’t played the game to know that. I’ll pray for you too bro 🙏
@DrizzintahL@pokeplug__ I listed several you just haven’t played the game so you know nothing about these systems.
Resorting to rage bait or willful ignorance to achieve a sliver of attention. Sucks to see someone so deprived. I’ll pray for you bro
@DrizzintahL@pokeplug__ You haven’t put the time in to understand the marathon systems depth because the game didn’t appeal to you and that’s fine. Going out of your way claiming something that you know nothing about is hilarious.
You compared apples to oranges, to try to win an argument.
@DrizzintahL@pokeplug__ Marathons augmentation system, the cradle, mastering movement systems/heat build up, shell synergy, and I could go on.
Bad faith argument, Fortnite is a battle royale which is the opposite of a niche genre. Extraction shooters are niche within the concept of BRs
@DrizzintahL@pokeplug__ I have 200 hours in the game and there are still things to be learned.
You just didn’t put the time in to learn the systems. That’s totally fine btw, it’s a polarizing game in a niche sub genre. It’s not made for everyone.
@DrizzintahL@pokeplug__ Completely disagree, this game has a lot of systems that have nuances which makes it more niche of an extraction shooter.
DMZ or Arc Raiders are simplified/streamlined versions of extraction shooters. Marathon is an extremely competent game. It just released at the worst time.
@DiscussingFilm I understand why some people won’t like the film because it’s not for a casual audience. A24 projects in general are anything but casual experiences.
@DiscussingFilm I can see people giving this rating. I personally rate it higher. It’s a flawed film but worth the journey and it felt refreshing not having all the answers.
I left thinking about the ending, discussed for hours with friends about our interpretations, woke up thinking about it
