@CollegeInvestin I'm not sure how this is fair. I only needed two more months. June & July 2024 would have been 119 & 120. I applied for buyback in Nov 2024. I still have not heard back. So I would have to pay higher payments because the government failed to process things in a timely manner?

It has been 4 days, and I still haven't heard back from @unagiscooters. I've racked up 200.00 in ubers and citi bikes to commute to work. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and am on my second scooter upgrade. So much for "Zero hassle maintenance peace" urban commuting

My @unagiscooters has been broken down since Thursday. It went dead in the middle of the street, almost causing an accident. It won't turn back on and has an EO error and red lock. Their "customer service" is a crappy AI bot. I cannot reach a human being for help.

@jwalje4 @StudentLoanTrav I am with Mohela and paid October. I called and requested a refund, and they said that was totally fine. I'm on PSLF, so I'm just trying to get my payment count as low as possible until they sort out the admin debacle.
