So it appear @UPS_UK is now crapper than Hermes parcel deliver and either the agent or the online tracking is lying. Apparently a parcel the arrived in uk last Tuesday really landed on Friday and it hasn’t been to Edinburgh and Dundee then back to Castle Donnington either #fail

@AmexUK@MartinSLewis Martin, Amex are declining claim for faulty goods where supplier @iRobot stopped responding to my attempts to get a refund. Amex say transaction is over five months old & therefore rejected. There is no mention of this limit in their T&C? Legal or wrong?
Also the customer support agent could not send me a link to the @AmexUK policy that says there is a five month limit on claims. If only @iRobot would replace the faulty unit that only five month old. It could be so simple. @MartinSLewis
