Update on new build by @PersimmonHomes look at this bodge job on my stairs... Beware it's a massacre. Loose screws left under carpets, carpet loose, sharp nails protruding, hundreds of redundant staples left behind casing lumps damaged nosing.

Absolute state of the new homes built by @PersimmonHomes is awful. If you're not going to do a job right don't bother. Never again. And handover to @_FlagshipGroup snagging was non-existent. Now left to fix all the issues ourselves. Warning check your home's first!
