@VanityFair Why did you add commas to the film title?

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@krystafauria Good grief I feel so basic. My comfort watch is Avengers: Infinity War.

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@JaySherer I can respect that rationale for the episode structure.

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@ChrisHayner I’d love for Martin Scorsese to try this tactic out

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@JaySherer Same with Road to Perdition. I’ve never seen it the whole way through. Or if I have, I don’t remember.

@krystafauria Sundance still goes down as one of my favorite life experiences.

@gshelsta Just don’t overuse ibuprofen or you’ll end up with an ulcer (or 5)

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@JaySherer I’m not over how good that pilot was

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@JaySherer This news is a real bummer, but I’m not opposed to recasting. But Liam Hemsworth seems an odd choice from the outside.

‘Andor’ successfully explores political unrest in a Rebel origin. My review. https://t.co/l2bto8HmGL

Barbara Ehrenreich, a journalist, activist and author, has died at 81. Her book "Nickel and Dimed," an undercover account of the indignities of being a low-wage worker in the U.S., became a best seller and a classic in social justice literature. https://t.co/KPMGOe8vsp

@kuhpunkt @JaySherer Certainly playing fast and loose with the concept of a pilot (filmed and sold to a network, the rest of the season shot later), so it only counts if we consider the pilot a snynonym for the first episode, the thing that sets the tone. I’m fine with it but get the problematic use.

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@JaySherer Ain’t that the thing. I loved the Loki pilot and show, but I enjoyed WandaVision more overall, but wasn’t thrilled about that pilot. And Heroes starts so well and craps out after the first season — Glee too.

[Dr. Tim Posada @timposada]

@JaySherer Lost
Sherlock
The West Wing
Heroes
Star Trek: Discovery
Loki
The Walking Dead
Glee

@JaySherer Fun game: best pilot episodes. I feel I need to give a show several episodes before passing judgement.
